So as most of you know we just moved into our very first house, and the first week here has flown by. I’ve learned a lot – here are some RANDOM THOUGHTS… on homeownership so far.

1- One baby gate will not stop your spider-monkey of a pup from actually CLIMBING UP AND OVER it like a ladder – he requires two.

2- Apparently when you hang clothes on a clothesline you hang bottoms from the top and tops from the bottom. Guess I won’t fold the shirts over the line anymore…

3- Light switches that flip UP for off and DOWN for on confuse me.

4- Having your own washing machine and dryer without questionable hairs and mysterious balls of fuzz from strangers is BLISS!

5- Packing seems like the worst part of a move… until you start UNpacking.
